Marc De Wilde - Senior Executive Coach for CEOs

1-1 coaching for business leaders in Wallonia.

My methodology is based on a wide range of coaching and business tools structured around the systemic approach to organizations.

Organizational Development: Method developed based on the Gyroscope model by the Group for Intervention and Research on Organizational Systems (Brussels), along with research by W. Bennis, M. Crozier, E. Berne, P. Morin, and P. Senge.

Change Management: Processes based on the approaches of J. Kotter, W. Bridges, P. Senge, and the Mental Research Institute of Palo Alto.

Leadership: Techniques developed from research by K. Blanchard, J. Collins, K. de Vries, P. Drucker, D. Lynch, T. Peters, and J. Welch.

Leader's dashboard: Inspired from E. Fox's framework on E. Berne's Theory of Organisations (described in The Structure and Dynamics of Organizations and Groups).

Vision: Primarily based on approaches by M. Doyle, V. Lenhardt, McKinsey's "7S" model, and the Boston Consulting Group.

People and teams empowerment: Techniques based on W. Schutz's work strengthened by practical applications proposed by A. Cardon, P. Cauvin, A. Duluc and V. Lenhardt.

Delegation: P. Ware's communication entries, A. Cardon's delegated processes, K. Blanchard's « One-Minute Manager » model.

Interpersonal skills: Interactional and strategic approach developed by the Mental Research Institute of Palo Alto, E. Berne's Transactional Analysis, T. Kahler's ProcessCom, C. Rogers' Active listening, and M. Rosenberg's Non Violent Communication.
